You've reached the site that has the perhaps boring but at least descriptive name "Dog Colour
Help", opened back in 2006. It is not a site where you will learn about hardcore
genetics down to the level of individual enzymes and proteins. Nor
does it claim to be true on every account, or in any other way the "perfect
resource" for dog patterns and colours. It is however an attempt at collecting various pages, as well as drawings, that I have made,
and put together them on one site. I originally made the first pages for amateur artists and others interested in learning about the basis of dog colours, such as where tan markings
appear, how white markings spread etc, things that are often confused in
drawings and other medias. The site can also be used to help identify a dog's colour, or perhaps just to enjoy looking through on a slow day.
I hope you'll enjoy your stay!
Please remember that you are not allowed to take any drawings or pictures
from this site without my permission.
Best wishes from Nova
